Add two GitHub CLI pages:
gh pr comment: basic usage with --body/--body-file/editor.gh pr view: view PR details, open in browser, show files/comments.All examples follow tldr style. Links point to the official manual.
Validation:
tldrlon both files → no issues.gh(placeholders replaced).
